Jack Buck serves as a Principal at Rotunda Public Affairs. Having served on Capitol Hill for members of both the U.S. House of Representatives and U.S. Senate, he brings a passion for the political arena, communications experience at the highest levels of government and knowledge of grassroots campaign politics from coast to coast, to the public affairs space.

Buck helped lead the first successful campaign for U.S. Congresswoman Young Kim (CA-40) in 2020. He oversaw media outreach and led Congresswoman Kim’s local grassroots teams to gauge polling interest and organize voter data to ensure a successful campaign. Buck also served on the communications team for U.S. Congressman Matt Van Epps’ successful bid for Tennessee’s 7th Congressional District in 2025.

From 2021 to 2026, Buck served as the Speechwriter for then Chairman of the House Homeland Security Committee, Mark Green, MD and as Content Producer for U.S. Senator Jon Husted.

Buck brings extensive campaign and Capitol Hill experience in developing strategic messaging, leading media outreach, providing interview guidance for national and local television, radio, and online audiences and overseeing online and digital strategy. He also provides a deep knowledge of comprehensive multi-channel outreach campaigns. Previous and current issues include: healthcare, national security, agriculture, defense, tech and veterans affairs.

Buck is a graduate of Auburn University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. He is also a 2024 Claremont Institute Speechwriters Fellow and 2025 Conservative Partnership Academy Veritas Fellow.
